Upcomming Movies-

First, disclamer:I have a relitive (my mom) who works as an attorney at AMC theatres (http://www.amctheatres.com), which is baised in Kansas City. So i get to see a lot of movies, as well as the occacionsal pre-screening, and yes, btw, not to brag, they are free :D . So I encourage you all to go the movies as often as possible. Any questions about theaters are acceptable.

So, I thought I would start a bit of a movie review/preview update :).

A few you will need to see- Hot Fuzz, looks great from creaters of Shawn of the dead, which i loved. Defantly excited.
Borne Ultamatium-First 2 owned, almost a sure bet that the next one will also.
Spiderman 3/Shrek 3/Pirates of the Carribean 3-Summer of the Sequels, all look to be good, I recommend Pirates even if i didnt think the 2nd one was that good. The 3rd should be a thrill.
Evan Almighty-I especially like Steve Carrell, and Bruce Almighty was very funny. I recommend.
Serch IMDb, the best online movie site, for more info.

Classic Section
A few movies that are already out that you NEED to see-Car Chase themes to start us off-
Ronin-Just is so awsome, De Niro at his best, Frankenhimer is a great directior. Wonderful action movie.
Bullitt-Steve McQueen-Probally worlds coolest guy ever, one of best and most well known movies. You all have probally seen it, but a must watch, if only for the epic Forest Green Mustang Gt and the Black Charger Chase Seen. It is a piece of film-making history.

has anyone seen the "Transporter" movies? number one and two? Jason Statham is a mad dude in that, with his awesome karate moves (much like mine :D) and his "rate" driving (rate is such an overrated word for that context XD)

And yes i love the transporters, perferably 1, with the wonderful french producer Luc Besson, who somehow dissapears for the sequel, which does go, im afraid to say it, a bit to hell. I still like it, but not as much as 1. Also go rent Crank, with Stratham. One hell of a movie, and DONT take the kids.
I also shoud have mentioned Born Identity and Supremicy, both of which have great car chase scenes, one with a very cool Mercedes G55 AMG.

I've Crank, but hasn't seen it, The Born Identity and Supremicy have I seen at the local cinema.
I recommend seeing "300" , Omg it rocks!

Yes, 300 did own so much i couldent belive it. However, i think that Gladiator was a better movie overall, but visually, 300 was just astounding. Did you all know that all the scenes for 300 were shot on a green screen in a studio, except for the horse scenes, becouse, well, they are horses. And ya, I heard it was out somewhere, a friend of mine got it on his ipod yesterday. And also to all-Happy Friday.

This weekend I watched 2 movies-

Transporter 1 (again), which was awsome again) The music in that movie really adds so much to the mood. 2 other things that make this better than II-Love the BMW, favorite years for Bimmers, and the country, France/Monaco is so beautiful, great place for an action movie.
8/10 Panzers

Also, I went and saw "28 Weeks Later," which is scary, but not as good as the 1st one. Think really scary, fast zombies. Not as good as 1st, but it was still good, and scary. Reccomended, but see the first one first.

I went to see Pirates of the Carribean 3 yesterday.

Well, i didnt think it was that bad. It was a bit long, and they should have sped it up a bit. However, the specical effects were good and it ties up most of the lose ends from POTC 2. And if you go, stay after the credits (which i didnt, doh!) theres another small scene.
