ok, im thinking about some sort of campaing. but at the moment i dont know how to connect different maps. i have to look out if it is possible and how it can be done. so if you see anything about it, plz give me links or something.
to make some maps, we need some ideas. what kind of maps do we need? 2 player? 4 player? even greater maps? whats the point we are heading to?
so i think its best to gather ideas here in this thread. this way we all see whats in progress and can trade hints and ideas.
im planning a city map next. how many players should it have? minimum i think is 4 players, cause a 2 player city map cant be that big. but im thinking about a small city map too. like to have one for my own kind of gaming. ;)
so plz start giving ideas. :)

i think a city map for 4 players would be nice.. with LOTS of concrete/sandbags around and trenches across streets or whatever... to get involved with infantry tactics!!

Well I'm working on a half-urban, half-bocage map at the moment. I may make a modified version with loads of defenses and such after.

ok, so im going with the total urban map and we can use your half urban-bocage map as the map "before" the urban map in the maybe upcomming campaign.
todays morning, there poped up a picture in my head. some sort of trainstation in small countryside town. ill keep that in mind for further development. :)

Sounds great! I am going with more of a country/farm map. It will probably be 4 players but it may be 6 - I don't know yet, I will have to playtest it to see how many people it is good with.
I will be interested to see how urban maps turn out for KMOD. My first reaction is that they will have to be relatively small due to lag/FPS problems because with KMOD there are so many units on screen at once. But, I'm sure you guys can pull it off nicely.

i think that it sholdnt be too bad, i am trying to indirectly lower the amount of men at one time in KMOD, through various sneaky means. .XD

Hey, I'm just doing my final map for the Desert War mod, and I think I'll have a go at scripting a mission for KMOD. It can be done, I've made missions for S:HOWW2, FoW, Blitzkrieg and other games. I was thinking, what type of missions would you like for KMOD? Anything is fine by me.
