Forums Suggestion: Strategies Category

Since KMOD provides a very different experience than vanilla CoH, isn't it a good idea to have a strategy forum up? My usual tactics in regular CoH don't seem to work (like lots of choke points with mgs, 'ambushes', etc.) because of the sheer quantities of people in the game.

That's a good point gobblestix. I will run it by the rest of the team. :D

A section for walk-throughs, how-to's, etc would be nice on the strategy end. Although, it could get quite cluttered if people don't stay on topic and post comments about the same strategy in another thread.

Hahaha i've read other posts and it seems like alot of people use the same strategy as me (when kmod works) just sending a huge cluster of people in and hoping for the best.

if you look on gamereplays.org their strategies are pretty uncluttered.

i think that people just arent used to playing KMOD style. sending in huge clumps of people gets you killed, horribly. anyone with MG's in defence or clever use of grenades or mortars can easily kill a zerging player..

Yeah, use tactics people or play AI :P.
