Forum Crack-Down

Should we lock some forums so that only MOD's and ADMIN's can post in them to keep them clean? This would also prevent people from posting the same questions in 50 different spots. I mean they should be able to view news, but why reply to it? It's news - a statement - not a question.

Also, the downloads section of the forums. This should be locked so they no-one can reply as well. These are official posts and they don't need cluttered with: HOO HOO's, yeahs, and well done's.

These comments are better served in other sections of the forums. If you would like me to take care of this I can. Official forums should be viewable, but comments and new thread's should be limited to the Dev. Team only.

Sorry, i havnt been on, i dont get time on weekends, but 1 other thing, I have noticed that before me and madturnip closed/moved/deleted threads in the Help and Support forums, that ALOT of them were questions about KMOD, Should we add another forum for "Kmod Questions" so that these kind of theads can go in there?

no because we only support KMOD. If they are having other troubles they can post it and see if someone answers, but we are not going to go out of our way.

trust me we are going to make information about KMOD more streamlined. I need to get with K and Fiffa. We need a release protocol, a public relations protocol, and this will stop most of these questions and hearsay things.
