What I 've done :

1 - delete
- COH
- KMOD
- folder "my games"

2 - install ... once more
- COH
- patch until 1.51
- KMOD
- your file KMOD locale language
- KMOD reskinned
- green tank fix
- german language.

And, everything is ok.. except, the famous $ 7xxxx instead of the words from original COH ; words from the KMOD - new soldires and so on are all right...

Your opinion ???

1 idea. Which installer did you use to install KMOD?
You say "-your file KMOD locale language" did you use the install here... (http://www.kmod.org/kmod_forum/showthread.php?t=359) for it?

I suggest the following course of action:::
1: Uninstall KMOD (all of it)
2:Download the KMOD Mod from here... (http://www.kmod.org/kmod_forum/showthread.php?t=373)
and
3: Download The locale language installer from here... (http://www.kmod.org/kmod_forum/showthread.php?t=359)



The above should work if you use those 2 installers.
The German language is automatically installed when you install the step 3:

if your relic text isnt working then you have a problem... i assume it is because your French text file has relic text in it already, and it is cancelling out the original relic/COH text?

in your 'my games' folder for COH there is a warnings.log text file, can you please email that to me at kyranzor@gmail.com so i can see where you locale file ISN'T :D

:o I assuemed he was german because he "german language" but thats ok, the KMOD Locale Language File Installer will install the french version too :)
